(Be sure to do a double take...  and then do it again!)

My name is Brian Johnson, Chief Visionary Officer (CVO) of Synergy Playgrounds. As you'll soon learn, I've been patiently waiting for this moment to show and tell you all about our patent pending ideology: "make little distinction between work & play." I like to welcome you into a world of wonder that offers exclusive access to your wildest dreams. There’s so much in life to be passionate about. Pick your passion and let’s play. Here's what you need to know about the game:

Our vision, is your vision.

The vision is the dream. It is the one wildly important goal of any role: astronaut...  mother...  company...  brand...  team... That wildly important goal for Synergy Playgrounds (SP) is to realize a collective vision that’s far bigger than us, aiming to profoundly make a difference and shape generations.

Our vision is to cultivate a loving, nurturing, playground-like place for lifelong wonder, everyday discovery, deep understanding (5) and continual growth (7) that leads to boundryless thinking and creative innovation in self, in society, in synergy (6). To develop a culture of true purpose, a culture with clarity, a culture that transcends generations with such fulfillment that the distinction between work & play becomes immeasurable.

Mission Control: the process of getting to the vision is the mission, it is the journey.

(3) Our mission is to inform, infuse and ignite positivity, possibility and purpose in the hearts, minds and paradigms of people that leads to conscious living. To inspire the kind of child-like wonder that leads to discovery of boundrylessness, vision, purpose and passion. Boundrylessness that opens the eyes, that opens the mind, that opens the heart and soul to discover vision that truly matters because it’s what makes life worth living. To unleash creative synergies in people, brands and organizations that amplifies and redefines value for all stakeholders. To show and share that the virtuous qualities that lead to leadership and everyday innovation is not a function of position nor disposition, it is a function of free will (1).

Steve Jobs once said, "you can not mandate productivity, you can only provide the tools that let people become their best." I didn't fully appreciate that quote until I had to fire my best friend who was also my best man. To be certain, it was a difficult experience and it offered an invaluable life lesson:

"You cannot mandate people to dream nor can you mandate people to chase their dreams, you can only provide the tools that let people discover that which is wildly important to them...  the rest is a function of their free will."

Who has the fortune of free will, and who does not? Do our children have free will? Do our children have vision? Do we have vision for our children? How would we like to see our children grow up? Do we want our children to have a better life than us? How will we get there? Where do we start? And, who do we partner with? This is how we leave a legacy.

No dream is too big. Whether the dream is about raising a family, running a marathon or running a business, it requires vision, planning, resource allocation, the discipline of execution, effective communication, team work, commitment and attitude.

The potential for everything happens in the space that's created between stimulus and response. This space contains the most powerful force in the universe: 'choice'.  This is what drives the internal tipping point in people that ultimately determines ability in almost every capacity. Mavens, managers, mentors, fathers, friends...  We are exactly the person that we choose to become, and the single most important character attribute that determines choice is attitude. It's attitude that shapes how we choose to act in the steps before, during and after those things that are within and beyond our control. It's in attitude that we choose to be pathcreators (innovators), pathfinders and path accepters. It's in attitude that we choose to live by the principles that give us the inward moral sense of what is what is right and what is wrong and what is possible! We are exactly the person that we choose to become.

Don't forget to stop, take a deep breath and discover the stunning view...   that's your vision. Whether or not you realize it, is up to you! In other words, we're all Chief Visionary Officers (CVO). Make little distinction between work and play. Curious to discover more? Then by all means, go to www.synergy-playgrounds.com

(No really! Do the double take...  and then do it again!)

Cheers,

Brian Johnson, CVO
